There are a lot of things you can do to take control of your body weight. I know you might need to go and make a few more attempts.
I’m not going to tell you anything I can’t actually do. I want to teach you how to become more of a pro and you should.
But for now, let’s start with the simple things.
A lot of people believe what they already do
They eat healthier and are doing better after a few months (which is good). This isn’t the case.
They exercise less, and only eat junk food and junk in the evening.
They are self-reliant and find things more pleasurable and healthier.
They make friends with less or less people and never lose weight (except maybe to save energy).
They can keep their bodies looking healthy and lean as long as they follow these guidelines.
