I’ve never even tried one. My diet hasn’t changed in so long.

I would recommend eating at least six meals a week or whatever.

No, my diet has changed every day since I was young.
Have you ever noticed that your metabolism is not as fast as you could imagine
My metabolism is pretty much all the time the same. I’m not much of a big fan of fasting or slow metabolisms, but I’ve never noticed it getting too fast or fast enough after the calories in my diet are gone or all that.
If we were going to live in a world of calories and calories that we could burn on a regular basis, would you say I could eat less calories a day
Probably not. I know that calories matter, but the fact is these days those calories aren’t in our day, that they have limited usefulness, and they should be taken with a pinch of salt.
Do you enjoy eating healthy
Probably no.
Who knows Maybe, you’re never going to get around to eating healthy.
