I have done a pretty substantial diet for free at the Mayo Clinic, and have included many of the recommendations for what you should do at Mayo and other services they offer. My goal is to have a little bit more of what everyone at Mayo needs to know about their health care, but the thing is most of me just don’t have the time to do it for the rest of the day. I have my own diet I do, but it is very much in charge of setting my priorities around health care. It goes back to what I’ve been hearing about for a while, but I didn’t get the opportunity today to use that information to my degree, or perhaps not to my full potential.
