Myth 5 Most women are deficient in Vitamin E, which can have a major impact on health.

FACT Research suggests that over 90 percent of pregnant women who receive egg supplementation are deficient in the vitamin.

This is extremely problematic when you consider that when an egg is eaten without any nutrient, you are not only ingesting too much Vitamin E, but also high levels of other nutrients.

Myth 6 Egg-free diets are a health risk.
