I’ve used a variety of diets and supplements I’ve used in the past, but only one of these has worked, and I thought it would be useful to compare it. Here are some of my favorites

Caffeine. While it may help maintain balance, it probably won’t have the effect you expect.

Red, white, and yellow. I’ve known for about 20 years that this has to do with the color of the skin, where the water has absorbed it. If it does have that ability, I’d be willing to stick to this.

Milk. If you’re looking for something that might help reduce the absorption of fat, you might not need this.

Sugar. There are a variety of types and amounts. If you’re looking for something that might help lower the blood sugar level, you may not need this.

Nutrients like red, orange, and yellow. Most people would not need this if they already had it, but I’d use this if you could.

Vegetables. As mentioned, I’m not sure what these will do, it will just make your skin look a little less red. Don’t worry about how it goes on your skin, you’ll have control over it.

Sugar. If you’re looking for anything that will help minimize the risk of heart attack, it’ll probably not make things worse.

Chocolate. Not sure if it is good for you, but it may be helpful in preventing heart attack.

Fruit. If you’re looking to have a lower cholesterol, you will need this.

Sugar. If you’re looking to have low cholesterol while having a low calorie diet, you might prefer this.

Sugars. When it comes to vitamins and minerals, this is pretty easy, but if you’re feeling a bit overzealous, you might also need this. If it’s still not too much for your health, use it to help ease your weight.

Red, white, and yellow. I’d say this will go over well in all your skin problems.

Low Fat. I don’t want my skin to look too dark, it would be great if it is just a little, but for some people, I would recommend that it be just a little darker
