In theory, a trader should let anyone know if an illegal price has jumped or fallen and send a message to any person who may be interested. Some traders will even let you know if an illegal trading offer has happened.
The real benefit to trading with such an open market is a trade in a derivative. If a trader wants to know whether a trading offer has happened or not, if their offer has gone down, you should send a message to every person who may be interested in your offer and tell them you’re interested in it too.
