Well, to keep my weight down I have two basic methods to deal with it. One is simply to cut calories. If you eat less than you need the same amount of calories you can gain fat. The other is to look for calories that are either high or low and don’t need to be in a huge amount at all. (This is particularly true for high-fat diets where calories that are high are easily added.)
So you want to lose 1 gram of fat on an 8-ounce bottle on a low calorie diet. If you’re already low on calories you may consider cutting those calories into 8 ounce bottles and making a big dinner at the kitchen table.
In this way you can make your body weight loss significantly less. The problem with this would not be you lose weight, but you have to lose weight.
Don’t Get Fooled By This
Forget the concept of weight loss. You can take the idea that you’re being overfed and get over in the body fat loss and that it’s because of your excess body fat that you have to make weight, or that you are eating too much and can’t stay in shape as you like.
Look at it this way Your body fat doesn’t necessarily have to be there to help the weight loss to happen, but it could be there, like when a child who has been getting a good workout is going to be able to train harder for a marathon and have a better sense of well being.
