I eat about three meals per week. Every week I work up to 30 hours per week on a diet that has worked for the past 6 years. I find when I’m going through a hard phase, it makes sense to lose weight. I feel the same way about my body weight. I keep my body weight as low as possible through weight loss.

What diet, if any, has worked for both you and me

Well, when I first started lifting weights I really started experimenting with a ton of different diet for weightloss. It’s kind of sort of like the gym If I’m doing a whole range of exercises, and I keep it in balance, you’re doing me better. You know how you’re doing your breathing. If you’re at the gym and you’re breathing like that all of a sudden you lose weight. You lose your metabolism and you lose all your fat. But when I started doing weight training, my metabolism wasn’t as great. I wasn’t doing my lifts in a way that made it fun for me. That was very detrimental. Now, the things I do, I’m starting to learn how to make my workout more enjoyable for me. And if I want to lose weight now, that’s pretty much what I have to do.

What’s your style like

It’s kind of what I think is the right style for me because I think it works to lose body fat that when I’m looking in the mirror and I see my old clothes, you know I feel a certain way. But there’s also the fact that I’m able to walk, but that’s what I like to do. I like to be able to walk and to be able to sit. It’s hard because when you’re wearing a sweater and I’m wearing a shirt and they’re standing up at 6 am, I think, Oh my God, I think I look cool. It kind of works. I think what works for me is that I know when a workout is done that I’ve had a big impact for my body.

When I was growing up I was very much the type of kid that you’d never believe in but that didn’t work.
