It’s an amazing experience. It’s so much better to be working in a business where you’re working every day than it is to have those guys work in an office, when the quality of work is so good that you feel absolutely at your ease you feel a sense of accomplishment, as if you really are being worked. They’re so good.
Do you think working in a small team or underboss could be your best way to get more people to work harder
Yeah, and that would be great.
Is every single part of work rewarding
I think so. I think so. I think so. It’s like the last time I looked at some book and wrote, This is some of my best work, and I’m giving back to my community just because I’ve made a bunch of money over the years. And I couldn’t stop smiling. Not even after I’d written it all.
I don’t know if people ever see my work that well because I feel so blessed to be on the small staff and doing these wonderful things, because I’m an individual, and for the money I made, the people actually saw what I were like because I’m an individual. It was amazing to not do the work I did and to know what I was making.
You’re an activist but a small staff.
Yeah, I do. I do. The biggest problem people have with me in my community now is that I can’t work in a tiny crew. Most of the people on there think I’m an activist or a hard worker but it makes me so fucking different. They don’t realize the kind of work I’m doing and how lucky I am to be here as long as I do it.
I have a bunch of amazing people here. I have very strong bonds with them all but I want to push people, and I want to make a difference here.
