You take a long long time to get work and then you’re stuck.
You have to be a little patient with the camera
You need to get up at 6 a.m., take care of your head and neck.

If I am working in New York I usually just take a few pictures out of my cell phone and put them in my file drawer. Maybe some other people want to take some time and work their way inside your phone. I like to bring my pictures out of my cell phone and then it is a quick task and I can see what is going on with my cameras. Sometimes I have to try again.

Most photographers try to work on a regular schedule. This is when the whole concept of a weekday is coming around because it brings up important ideas in the photographer’s mind. It’s also important for me to say I will shoot on weekdays in Manhattan (and then go home to a house of my own), but then I will shoot again tomorrow at 8 o’clock. When the schedule gets too demanding (say 2 p.m. Monday to 10 m. I will shoot) I’ll be back to a very busy weekend. It’s not the same in every case.

In the case of photography, it’s nice to get to shoot your first day after work and then take the next day’s footage before your next shoot. I use a tripod or some kind of 3d viewfinder, and I shoot with all my film. Sometimes it’s helpful to hold my camera down in an upright position when I want to go and take the next couple frames of my shots, so I can see everything. Some people like to work on Saturdays like 2 a.m. (or noon or midnight) because the photos are usually better when I am outside, and for that reason I have a much easier time focusing on my job.

The downside of it is that there is generally no way the day will be as good as it seems. However, there are many ways to try to work on a week day. I have a couple of options and some of them work quite well for me. One option is to pick an alternate day that offers more opportunities with my film and stills. Other options are to take time to take a short break from your busy schedule (sometimes this is good, but never more than 15 minutes) before taking my next day’s photos so I can finish the day
