How Can You Tell A Bullish Trend - Bullish Swing Setup

Let’s get a hold of a chart that takes the mean hourly rate of real estate price from 5,000 to 40,000 on a given day, and gives you time to understand the trend in each day.

In my case, I’m using a 10,000 hour chart called Real Estate Data Book. You will have to look through that for yourself.

As you can imagine, for every 7,000 hours, the graph on the left shows the trend and I want to show how that looks over the time I spent looking.

That would be great, but it could mean a few things.

It would likely mean some sort of historical trend. If the graph isn’t showing the trend I know has happened before. I wouldn’t know it for certain if I’m making changes today, but it might actually mean something.

We can also use our time-series of data, and get an idea of when they started to fade. Maybe it’s the current interest rate. I’m sure they’ve stopped working and won’t ever again in ten years.

It might be something you’ve never seen before, so let’s check it out.

Now this graph could show some real estate trends for a specific period, but it only shows the most interesting. This also looks like it happened with the start of housing bubbles, or even if there are multiple bubbles.

My first thought when I looked at it was How many homes are worth Let’s look at a few of these

First, here is the monthly price of condos over the last 7 days. .

When the median price of home on sale reached 7,500, the price of a house could not have been higher. (A house was worth 10,000 on one day in June in 2016.)

Since our data is based on this long period of time, these prices are all over the chart, which means it’s hard to see any real estate gains. It’s a simple but effective way to see the price gain on each housing bubble.

That means you can look around at the chart in realtime, and see every property in the graph with the least value. That’s a lot of data to collect.
