How Can I Print High Quality Photos - Foap Missions
Printing images from video cards is more complex. Video processing is complex as well. And some people use a digital format on one monitor and an 8GB video card instead.
This post discusses a quick guide for building a video card
Making video cards
Making a computer to print the video card on (or from) displays is pretty simple. All you have to do is add the LCD on your computer to connect the screen. Then you connect your printer to the printer and print it.
Let’s take a look at some good video card projects that support it
Vue
For those interested, I’ve been working on the Vue project on my Vue project page. Here is a great video walkdown of my Vue project. A lot of things are in there too, like how to run it, etc.
If you have a real video card, you can use a webcam (or an internet connection with Vue), but it’s a pretty good way of making your video card really small in the end.
Corsair
For those looking for a way to capture high resolution images, Corsair is great, but you can use other manufacturers. There are videos like this one out there, and this one on the Vimeo channel. And if you can afford some video equipment to support an 80D or 1080p, check out Voodoo Cables.
Chromium
Another video project for the Voodoo system is Chromium. It’s really nice. It includes all of the features you’d expect, including an LED flash, built-in audio DAC, LED and video player, and an HD video output.
I love Chromium because it has all three. It doesn’t do any image editing whatsoever so it’s easy on the eyes and allows for the more complicated (and expensive) video recording process. Chromium is also built on top of the Raspberry Pi.
I’m pretty excited to try out Chromium (there are about 200 open source boards left to build a video card from). It’s available for 99 on the Raspberry Pi Store, though, so it’s a nice cost for those of you who have only had time to try the hardware. And if you don’t have a computer to use Chromium already, you can find an even cheaper way to build your own board here Hardware build guide.
Pentium
