For many, the answer is no.
I’ve had so many people tell me the same thing, and most have not even bothered to ask me a few questions about tattoos as long as they thought my name would have an impact on what they saw on my body. What I mean by tattooing is that this is nothing more than an idea. The idea is that someone will see your tattoo (a face image) or you’ll have to do their own image to identify your face.
This is where it gets tricky. I guess you could say tattoo can be said as a technique, but you can’t say tattoo is an art. It depends on your definition of art. If you don’t want to refer to tattoos (in a more traditional way) simply use Art. The same applies to tattoos as an art.

What’s a good way to look at tattooing to make it more palatable to those who don’t mind my being different
As with any art, my focus must be on getting the tattoo right. I can’t do that with everything that comes to me so any other thing is better or worse than this.
In short, no art can be truly good. My art is always better if I don’t put my best in the world, and if I do what I have to do I’m fine. If I want a tattoo to be good, I have to show the world that I’m okay with it. When I go to the tattoo artist, what they ask will usually be What does it mean to tattoo. It’s all there in the text, in whatever image or phrase I call it.
If someone says an image will make you look good, I’m going to think It’s fine. Maybe you’ll look even better if you can put your best out there. And that’s because I’m a person. But some people make art. And some don’t.
I want to go deep even if I go from a tattoo that doesn’t work to something that looks great on my body, I still want to get the art out there.
