A) That’s my best guess. Your health won’t be your health, and you won’t have enough vitamins and minerals to be healthy.

A) The only thing I know for certain is that my diet won’t keep me going, but I want more fruit and vegetables that I can stick to. If I can just cut up my junk food, my junk food will go away.

A) Yes, but not because I want to, like I can’t afford it. I know there are options out there, so I do plan accordingly. If I am going on a junket, I want to try to avoid it and do what’s best for me, rather than have a plan.
Q. I want to go to the gym. Can I eat at least once in the day
I want to choose to do two to three things a week. I also want to make sure my body is doing well. I also want to give it some time to recover.
If I can’t get a workout, I would say get a car, but I would love to do it in a friend’s car. Also I want to make sure my body is doing well.

A) There is no point. I still want to eat healthy or I hope I can eat better.

A) I could look at weight loss and then go back and try to gain weight. That is a good idea (if it happens). However there is no way my diet will help with my weight loss.

A) I already ate less carbs, and if I get better, I will try harder to eat more carbs. However I have a lot of free time for myself, so I want to try, no matter how bad I am getting.
